Please send the original document stating the language or languages it is to be translated into and the deadline to quote@servicetranslation.com. We shall get back to you as soon as possible with a quote which are you free to accept or reject.

If you cannot send the files, please give us as much information as possible and we shall send you an estimate which could be revised either upwards or downwards when the files are received and studied to draw up the final quote.

To give us the go ahead to start the translation, all you have to do is sign and stamp the quote and return it by fax. The project shall then be started.

You shall be emailed the translation or translations within the established deadline.

Our accounts department shall either email or post you the bill, which is to be paid via a bank transfer or by cheque according to the payment conditions agreed with your company.
